Founded in 1994 by Mr. Mo Zhiming and Mr. Mo Shuming; The current chairman is Mr. Mo Guanliang.

Through years of rapid development, Guangdong Mingcrown Group has now grown into a conglomerate characterized by an industry matrix covering five major segments, namely, real estate construction, intelligent industrial manufacturing, hotel services, port logistics, as well as cultural and sports education.

Since 2006, Mingcrown has been rated as one of the “Top 500 Enterprises in Guangdong Province”, “Top 100 Private Enterprises in Guangdong Province”, “Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises in Guangdong Province” and “Top 100 Enterprises of Service Industry in Guangdong Province”. As such, we have been contributing to the development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.

Adhering to the brand strategy of “sustainable development”, the enterprise spirit of “knowledge, common prosperity and continuity”, and the talent philosophy of “people foremost”, Mingcrown Group has been growing larger and stronger. Our real estate construction segment covers multiple areas, such as real estate development, architectural engineering, landscaping, decoration engineering, and property management. In partnership with Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., China's real estate giant, we developed Junkai Haoting, a 1700-mu (around 1,133,339 m2) residential project now promoted as “Poly The West Coast”.

In the intelligent industrial manufacturing sector, our subsidiary Huaguan New Materials is a key enterprise for the production and processing of sheet steel in South China, and the engineering research center for high-performance corrosion-resistant steel plates in Guangdong Province. Huayu Steel Structure, another subsidiary, stands as an important steel structure production base in South China. It is deeply rooted and leads in the market segment of deformed steel structure.

In the hotel services sector, we strive to be an ideal partner for business travelers and a paradise for leisure and entertainment. Guangdong Gladden Hotel Group Co., Ltd. which is affiliated to our Group, has under its umbrella many luxury hotels of five-star and four-star standards, located in the business circles of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In the port logistics sector, we have two port areas (i.e. Tianma Port Area for international freight and Xihekou Port Area for domestic freight), Daguang Bay Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), and Mingcrown Huakai Freight Services. Spanning such areas as international freight terminal, domestic trade terminal, logistics center, shipping freight, as well as import and export trade, they offer a full package of services integrating ports, logistics and trade.

In the cultural and sports education sector, our subsidiary Jiangmen Mingcrown Education Investment Co., Ltd., through partnership with Guangwai Education Group, established Jiangmen Foreign Language School attached to Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS). The school implements a 15-year consistent system and is a high-end private elementary education school. Dongguan Hillview Golf Co., Ltd. which is also invested by our Group in the center of Dongguan City, operates the 36-hole international tournament golf course, Hillview Hotel, and Hillview Academy, and is committed to building a first-class high-end cultural tourism brand in China.
