Guangdong University of Foreign Studies
Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, or GDUFS for short, is a key internationalized university in Guangdong province and a major base in South China for global-minded talents and for research on foreign language culture, foreign trade, and international strategies. The University upholds the motto of “Pursuit of Integrity, Practice and Cross-cultural Learning” and defines as its mission the education of high-caliber citizens through the integration of content studies and foreign language training. The University serves over 20,000 full-time undergraduate students, nearly 3,000 doctors and graduate students, and over 11,000 adult students, trainees, international and continuing-education students.
Guangwai Education Group
Founded in October 2010 as a subsidiary of DGUFS, Guangwai Education Group is the management organ of Guangwai’s basic education. By March 2019, the Group has more than 10 basic education schools (including Guangwai Foreign Language School, Guangzhou) and 3 kindergartens under it. Several others are under preparation. Shouldering the responsibility of “Higher Education at the Service of Society” and adhering to the idea of “Education Delivers Value”, Guangwai Education Group has been actively exploring the way of developing high-quality international basic education by relying on GDUFS, integrating resources, standardizing management, building brand and creating value.
