Masters: base salary 6,000 + year-end performance bonus + other benefits
Bachelors: base salary 4,500 + year-end performance bonus + other benefits
Worker Welfare: food & accommodation (air-conditioned dorm, hot water, activity room, basketball court), social insurance, paid annual leave, year-end double pay, festival bonus, in-house/external special skills training.
