Jiangmen Daguang Bay Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) was approved to be established on February 19, 2019 (approval document number: Shu Mao Han No. 87/2019) by the General Administration of Customs of China (“GACC”), Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation(“SAT”) and State Administration of Foreign Exchange(“SAFE”). It is the first type-B bonded logistics center in Jiangmen that is under closed customs supervision and has port functions.
The Logistics Center was invested by Guangdong Xinhui Port International Freight Terminal Co., Ltd. with a total of around 420 million RMB. It occupies an area of 253,133 m2 and comprises nine warehouses (86,944 m2), a storage yard (36,995 m2) and an inspection platform (1,200 m2).
As the important logistics hub connecting West Guangdong and the Greater Bay Area, the Logistics Center help enterprises in Jiangmen and surrounding areas reduce logistics operation cost during cargo import/export.
Leveraging the advantages of Tianma Port Area (a national first-class port) in shipping, berthing, loading/unloading, transport and distribution, the Logistics Center opens channels linking the port terminal to achieve integrated handling between the two. Based on customer needs, multiple logistics modes (sea, road and air) can be combined to realize interconnectivity.
The Logistics Center is primary engaged in the following operations: bonded storage, re-import of exported goods, export rebates, circulation of goods between Customs supervised zones, global procurement, international distribution, simple circulative processing and value-added service, and entrepot trade. With a diverse business portfolio that includes cross-border e-commerce, bonded warehouse stocking and bonded goods display, the Logistics Center offers customs declaration, clearance, storage as well as logistics distribution services to import/export enterprises in Jiangmen and surrounding areas.
