Our company is open to public bidding for the cleaning service outsourcing project of Junkai Haoting Community, and welcomes the majority of cleaning service companies to participate in bidding. The bidding matters are as follows:
1. Project introduction:
Project address: Junkai Haoting Community, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City
Property Type: Comprehensive Community
2. Bidding conditions:
1. The bidder must be a cleaning service company that has independent legal personality, pays taxes in accordance with the law, and operates in accordance with the company law of the People's Republic of China;
2. Information to be provided when bidding:
1） A copy of the copy and original copy of the "Industrial and Commercial Business License" issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce (through annual review), and a copy of the "Organization Code Certificate" (through annual review);

8. Bid evaluation methods and principles：
1、Bid evaluation content: examine its internal management system, service capabilities, past operating performance, service timeliness, service attitude, cleaning service management costs.
2、Bid winning principle: units with high cost performance will be given priority, and the service standards established by bidders shall not be lower than the bidding service standards established by Windsor Property Company.
